timely property management and customer service.
To provide professional and ethical representation
of our brokerage clients in the sale and/or acquisition
of multifamily properties through
wide-ranging and aggressive marketing, utilizing
long established relations with investors and
property owners and modern technology to source
potential new prospects and properties to meet
the needs of our clients.
Our end objective is to maximize the profitability
and value of each property in our portfolio and
to maintain the highest ethical standards in our
contacts with out clients, residents, vendors,
and employees.
Robert T. Love, CPM, is president
and founder of Love Properties, Inc.,
an Atlanta-based AMO, and full service real estate
firm. Love Properties, Inc. is presently operating
over 3,000 multi-family units in four states in
addition to several commercial properties. Love
Properties, Inc. has developed or managed 250
income-producing properties over the last 30 years,
with value in excess of $1,200,000,000.
Mr. Love is a graduate of the University of Miami
and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration
from Georgia State University.
Mr. Love is the past president of the Atlanta
Apartment Association for 1999, the past director
of the Georgia Manufactured Housing Association,
and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board
of Realtors as well as a boardmember of the Georgia
Real Estate Commision
Mr. Love served as National President in 1993
for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
and was elected Manager of the Year for the Atlanta
Chapter in 1983 and 1990.
After spending sixteen years with a national
real estate brokerage firm, Roy Wright
joined Love Properties, Inc.
as a Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services
in 1991. Mr. Wright has specialized in the sale
of investment properties with an emphasis on apartments
for the majority of his 30-plus years in the real
estate business. He has been involved in the sale
of over $458 million worth of apartment properties.
Mr. Wright is a Life Member of the Million Dollar
Club and a recipient of the Silver Phoenix Award
from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
He is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment
Member) and was in the Top Five Producers Club
for four years and a Senior Marketing Consultant
with his previous firm.
Mr. Wright is a graduate of Presbyterian College
with a BS in Business Administration.
