Our Leadership

ROBERT T. LOVE, CPM, is president and founder of Love Properties, Inc., an Atlanta based AMO and full service real estate firm. Love Properties, Inc., is presently operating income properties in the Southeastern U. S. We have developed or managed 115 income-producing properties over the past 50 years.

Mr. Love is a graduate of the University of Miami and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University.

Mr. Love is the past president of the Atlanta Apartment Association and the Georgia Apartment Association, the past director of the Georgia Manufactured Housing Association, a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and a board member of the Georgia Real Estate Commission (Chairman in 2010).

In 1993 Mr. Love served as National President of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was elected Manager of the Year for the Atlanta Chapter in 1983 and 1990.

MARY LOVE, serves as our Vice President. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration. She has a background as a legal assistant in Columbia and Charleston, South Carolina, and worked for an in-house human relations firm in Atlanta.

CAROLINE SPRINGER, joined our team in June of 2019. With a degree in Marketing and Social Entrepreneurship from Samford University, she brings our team a strong foundational business mind with a creative spin.

Before coming on board she worked as a copywriter for a marketing firm and a district sales manager for a retail company based out of Philadelphia, PA. She now serves as our financial controller and regional property manager.
