Our History

Love Properties is an Accredited Management Organization founded in 1971. We specialize in property management, asset management and brokerage of multi-family residential and commercial properties.

We have managed over 150 income properties over the past 50 years, including multi-family, office, retail, self storage, and mobile home communities. We have developed computerized operation controls, precise systems of checks and balances and proprietary procedures for evaluating the performance of each property.
